How often do you visit?

We Wet Windows offers the choice of 4, 8 or 12 weekly window cleaning service and of course one off cleans for residential and commercial properties.

How does the regular window cleaning service work?

Once you have contacted We Wet Windows via phone whatsapp or text we will arrange a suitable time and date to pop round to carry out a quote. If you are happy with the quote we may have time to carry the window clean out there and then or we will arrange another time and date.

If you choose to use our regular window cleaning service you will be booked onto our schedule and you will receive a text message or phone call the evening before your window clean is due.

Your window clean may not always be on the same day however it will be within the week it is due.

How do you clean my windows?

We clean your windows using the water fed pole method. This is a chemical free, environmentally friendly, safe and efficient system using 100% pure water.

Why are my windows left wet?

Your windows are left wet after a clean because we use pure water. This means we filter out all of the mineral deposits found in normal tap water resulting in a streak free perfect finish once left to air dry. To guarantee this perfect finish the windows must not be touched or wiped dry. On sunny days the windows will dry very quickly.

Do I need to be home for you to clean my windows?

No, you do not need to be home during the window clean. You will receive a text message the evening before the clean is due and this message will remind you to leave your gate unlocked. We will always close the gate behind us or lock it if we are able. Please note any gates that are locked on arrival will result in a front only clean with the full clean charge due.

What are your prices?

Each house is priced individually as every house is unique. We therefore come out and quote every property. Some properties may incur an additional charge for the first clean depending on the condition of the windows.

How can I pay?

All payments to be made via bank transfer within 3 days if the window clean being carried out.

Do you clean the inside windows?

No, we do not offer inside window cleans.

Confidentiality

All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.

Cancelling a clean

We always try our hardest to be as reliable as we possibly can. On the day or the evening before the clean is due it is too late for us to replace your custom. Therefore cancelling on the day or the evening before by either calling the office or texting will result in the full charge being due. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the cancelled clean.

Bad weather

Unfortunately due to the unpredictable British weather we have to still work in rainy and cold conditions. We will always guarantee that the work will be carried out to the same standard. Once the rain clears rest assured your windows will dry clean.
